In this position you will work as a key member of cross-functional team focused on designing, creating and launching new education communities. You will also work closely with the teams managing our existing products, where you will have the opportunity to learn how we already built successful global education communities.
Your profile
- Achieved a high standard in a relevant third-level qualification
- Practical experience with proven results in the e-learning, online publishing or related industries
- The ambition to set new standards in e-learning
- Are adept in user research (including usability, A/B and multi-variant testing)
- Know how to engage users with complex tasks and keep them motivated
- Are both analytical and creative in your approach to solving users' problems
- Work well with interdisciplinary teams, capable of reconciling different perspectives
- Align to our values
The challenge
- Proactively shape the vision of how people learn across our education communities
- Improve the didactics of learning paths and learning materials such as articles, videos, interactive tools and webinars
- Work closely with our user experience designers to implement best practices in e-learning and User Experience
- Work together with our product and design teams to create new e-learning features of our platform
- Create guidelines for all learning materials and ensure they are implemented to a high standard by our large team of freelance authors and tutors
