Freelance Poker Coach

PokerStrategy is the world's leading poker school and community. As a Freelance Poker Coach, you will be more than just a fantastic poker player; you will be a role model and idol in your community. We are

In this position you will produce videos that set standards, run enjoyable yet educational live coachings and help out our users in our forums & articles - our coaches are versatile!

As a Poker Coach, you will have admission to an exclusive community of freelancers and poker experts (including your own forum and coaching avatar); complete support in planning and generating teaching material, including technical support; an excellent rate of pay, agreed on an individual basis, in line with market prices at the minimum and the opportunity to advertise your official, private coaching on PokerStrategy.com

Your profile

• Excellent poker skills, both in practice and theory
• Proven winning player at the limits that you want to coach
• Good didactic skills, to establish topics and work through them in a structured fashion
• Passionate about teaching others
• Already play an active part in our forums & community

The challenge

• Teaching through videos: Didactically and technically well thought out videos with concept. Your videos tell a story, each one should be a like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle. Together, the pieces should give a picture of the game plan for excelling the relevant target group’s ability
• Teaching by hosting live coaching sessions: Live coaching compliments good video material. Unlike with videos, in live coaching, interactivity and event character are the unique selling points to emphasise
• Teaching by giving strategy advice in our forums: Our coaches are role models for the community and selected from those members that bring valuable input in strategy and hand discussions. Therefore, all of our coaches are active in the strategy forums. Taking over the additional responsibilities of response time and coverage can even mean that the strategy forums can become your job. Quick and friendly service and a love for detail are a must
• Teaching by writing poker articles: As an author you create strategy articles and columns that form the basis for a poker education
