Freelance Community Supporter- All Languages

PokerStrategy is the world's leading poker school and community. We are currently looking for Freelance Community Supporters in each of our 19 language communities. As a Freelance Community Supporter, you will be working from home to support our growing online community in your language. You
will form a vital part of our community team and provide excellent customer service to our members through a variety of channels.


Your profile

  • Know how to listen and respond to queries in a helpful and professional manner
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Are an active member of the PokerStrategy.com community
  • Understand and value good customer service including ‘going the extra mile’
  • Fluency in English
  • May have experience of working within customer service
  • Are smart, resourceful and learn fast
  • Enjoy being part of a team, whilst also having the ability to perform under your own drive and ambition

The challenge


As a Freelance Community Supporter, you have two key areas of responsibility:
1. Super Moderation 2. Customer Service

1. Super Moderator

As a Super Moderator, you are responsible for our public forum, where you:

  • Monitor our forums and address customer issues proactively
  • Moderate our forums so that they are a friendly and helpful place
  • Moderate and answer news' comments
  • Ensure there is a very good coverage for both service and moderation for our forums
  • Act as an escalation point for moderators to address questions internally
  • Find and train voluntary moderators
  • Act as a role model for voluntary moderators, showing exemplary work ethic and providing them with constant feedback
  • Internally document written feedback to voluntary moderators

2. Customer Service


When providing customer service, you:

  • Ensure all customer inquiries are dealt with as quickly as possible when being on duty
  • Ensure assigned language queues (ticket, email and phone) are cleared at all times
  • Ensure information provided to customers is always up-to-date and of a high quality; keep your individual monthly Ticket QA standards
