Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Monitoring and reporting of campaigns to clients
- Get feedbacks on campaign performance from client and act on them
- Send invoices and follow-up with payment
- Support the Team Lead
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Build relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
- Receive briefs and materials for campaign
- First degree in Mass Communication or related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Division.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a field that combines elements of multiple disciplines (technology, marketing, etc.)
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Practical knowledge of Photoshop and adobe after effect will be an added advantage.
- Must be a communicator in person and in writing
