In the framework of the “DAWRAK-Citizens for Dialogue”(2012-2014), the Foundation is launching the 3rd  Call of the DAWRAK-Exchange for Euro-med civil society exchanges, that will be taking place between the 1 April to 30 September 2014.
DAWRAK-Exchange is working on three modalities:

• Twinning Scheme: an organisation can send an Exchange Actor (EA) and host  another EA (exchange among Arab civil society organisations or between Euro-Med and Arab civil society organisations).
• Sending Only: an Arab organisation can send an Arab EA to be hosted by an organisation abroad (Euro-Med or Arab civil society organisations).
• Sending Only for Journalists (Reporters Across Cultures): an Arab organisation can send an Arab journalist to be hosted by another organisation (Euro-Med or an Arab civil society organisations or media institution).

Special preference will be given to exchanges among Arab civil society organisations.
