Position: Customer Care Officers (CCO)
Job Description
- Attend to customers enquires promptly and efficiently
- Issue banker’s signature confirmation and reference letter as required
- Refer customers request beyond his/her limit to appropriate authority
- Process internet banking services and e-product request
- HND Graduate only (Minimum Lower Credit)
- Age: Not more than 28 years
- Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage

- Good documentation and record keeping
Job Description
- Create awareness for the banks financial products
- Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement
- Manage various documents for all sources effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Service Manager
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives
- Manage the sales of the bank’s products in a professional manner
- Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues

Educational Qualification
- HND and University Graduates only
