Position: Installation Engineers (IE) 
Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess an ND in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years cognate installing sanitary ware and furniture. AC-air conditioner repair &installation. Plumbing and sanitary ware installations-inbuilt oven, fridge, washing machine/dryers, gas hob & cooker hood, generator repair and installation

Position: Plumbers (PLM) 
Qualifications:

• Candidates must be skilled plumbers with relevant technical degree and at least 5years’experience in the Building Maintenance and Constru­ctions industry.
• Also installation and repair of sanitary wares: WC, hidden cisterns shower cabins and steam rooms, bathtubs and jaccuzies, air conditioner repair and installation.

Position: AC Technician 
Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess relevant university degree or HND with 3-5 years experience, must have the ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
• Minimum experiences or HND with 3-5 years experience
• Must have the ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
• Minimum experience in electrical maintenance, must be proficient in repair and installation of air conditioner and refrigerator

Position: Company Secretary 
Qualifications:

• The Candidate must have B.Sc/HND in Secretariat Study or any other related field.
• Must be a computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft and Excel. At least 2-3 years experience.

Position: Turbo Charger/Injector Technician 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have worked in a telecommunication Engineering Services Company for at least four years.

Position: Accountants
Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess BA or HND in accounting with 5 years practical experience in accounting.
• Candidates must possess practical knowledge of accounting software such as SAGE, QUICKBOOKS.
• Core duties  are maintenance of bank, sales and purchase ledgers and credit control

Position: Receptionists 
Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a relevant University degree or HND with 3-5 years’ experience
• Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs

Position: Facility Managers (FM)
Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a BSC/HND in Civil Engineering/ Building Technology
• Minimum of 5years’ experience in Facility Mainten­ance or a related field is required Candidates must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills who will co-ordinate and provide technical dire­ction for the development design and system integration of projects

Position: Carpenters
Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Trade/Technical School. They must be skilled carpenters with the ability to fabricate and install furniture and must be proficient in laminate and hard wood floor installation. A minimum of 5 years practical experience in this field is necessary

Position: Electrical Technician (ET)
Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3-5 years’ experience in this field.
• Also candidates must be proficient in electrical wiring, electrical installations, generator maintenance and the maintenance of electrical appliances.
