- Master's Degree
- A minimum of 15 years working experience
- Execution of engagements and transactions within the investment banking function.
- Manage financial planning, evaluation and analysis of projects, strategic/commercial
- initiatives and business plans to support Management decision making.
- Focal point on projects and driver of execution mandates
- Working closely with divisional finance teams to determine appropriate corporate and project financing options based on each division’s unique business profile.
- Exposure in a leading Investment Banking Company in the world.,Nigeria
- Taking a primary role in the planning, structuring and execution of any capital raising, or M&A activity the company is contemplating or actively engaged in.
- Coordinate merger and acquisition due diligence and execution for clients by assessing base business valuation, quantifying synergies and risks.
