Requirement



  • A good HND or its equivalent in Medical Records on Health Information from a recognized institution.
  • An additional qualification in any relevant medical record profession would be an added advant
  • A minimum of 3 working experience
Roles and responsibilities
Sort patients case notes
  • Register patients for the purpose of attending the clinic
  • Generate records of patients that attend stand by hospitals
  • Compile weekly, monthly and annual statistics for the purpose of planning
  • Carry out any other duty as may be assigned by the Head, Medical Records.,Nigeria
