RedR is an international disaster relief
charity which trains aid workers and provides skilled professionals to
humanitarian programmes worldwide, helping to save and rebuild the lives
of people affected by natural and man-made disasters.
RedR is currently recruiting for the following positions -
(1)HR Co-ordinator (part-time)

HR Co-ordinator (part-time)
The HR Co-ordinator provides a professional and effective day to day HR service for all RedR Staff, Volunteers and Consultants in our UK and International offices and is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to develop an HR career in the Humanitarian sector.You will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and have at least 2 years professional HR experience in a fast paced environment. Previous experience of working in an international context is highly desirable, coupled with strong interpersonal and customer service skills and an ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds.

Contract type: Part time (60%), open ended
Salary: GBP 24,334 pro-rata per annum gross

Training Co-ordinator
The Training Co-ordinator role is at the forefront of RedR's work of enhancing capacity of individuals and organisations in the Humanitarian sector. You will design and deliver training events on the UK open programme as well as Tailor made services globally, with specific focus on training programmes on humanitarian management, standards and principles. Examples of courses include Introduction to Sphere, Managing People and Projects in Emergencies, Essentials of Humanitarian Practice and Humanitarian Accountability Partnership.You will have experience of training design and delivery and first hand knowledge and experience of humanitarian projects. You will have an entrepreneurial approach, with a strong customer service focus and a willingness to travel internationally as needed.
