Essay Competition by Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN)

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) hereby announces its 2013 Annual Essay competition.

This is an opportunity for interested undergraduates in the Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics to bring to fore their abilities to carry out research on burning issues in both Nigeria and global economy.

• Employment opportunity/prospect for the first prize winner
• Free registration as student members of CIPM (for non-members) for all prizes
• All expenses paid trip to Abuja for CIPM 2013 National Conference.

Guidelines

• Essay must be original, empirical and meet the standards for publication in the local and international journals.
• All entries for the  essay competition should be typed in double line spacing, not more than 10 pages of A4 paper or 3000 words. Font type – Times New Roman with 12 points font size, citation of sources must be made, in text and work cited must appear at the end of the essay, plagiarism in all forms is prohibited and will attract outright disqualification of indicted entries.
• To enter the essay competition, send your “spiral bound” papers with the following documents attached.

#Reference letter from the Registrar of your institute

#Photocopy of admission letter to your current institution

#Current mobile telephone number and e-mail address to:

• Entries in the essay competition can also be sent in by e-mail to: essaycompetition@cipmnigeria.org or funmionasanya@cipmnigeria.org with scanned copies of the above mentioned documents as an attached to the entry.
• This essay competition is open to undergraduates in Nigerian universities and Polytechnics. Past winners are not eligible to participate.
