- Support the Product Manager in their endeavour to create requirement specifications
- Liaise with the design / frontend team and maintain the UX documentation
- Utilise quantitative and qualitative market research to understand customer needs and gather input and feedback on product user experience ideas
- Contribute to conversion funnel optimisation and testing new conversion flows
- Optimise key pages in the conversion funnel to deliver user and business goals
