The Nigeria Federal Public Administration Reform Programme (FEPAR) funded by the UK Department 

for International Development (DFID) is seeking consultants with public administration experience for 
The following areas.


 ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT 
We are looking for several consultants to work with specific FEPAR partners to redesign and restructure functional departments. The consultants will have strong HRM experience with particular expertise in role and competency profiling, job descriptions and skills assessment. The length of assignments will be dictated by the programme and partner needs

SYSTEM AND PROCESS DESIGN 
We have a specific, short-term requirement for an experienced organizational design consultant to design the systems, workflow processes, structures and corporate strategies for a new One-Stop Agro 
Input Centre. Some travel to Dafara, Kuje Area Council, Federal Capital Territory will be required. 

CENTRE MANAGER FOR AGRO 
CENTER MANAGER FOR AGRO INPUT CENTRE 
We are looking for a centre manager with a passion for customer service to run a new One-Stop Agro 
Input Centre located in Dafara, Kuje Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. This is a full time position, 
and the contract will run until May 2015

POLICY ANALYSIS, COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT 
We are looking for consultants with insight into the policy coordination function of the Centre of Government (OSGF) and policy development and management processes within the Federal Government of Nigeria. The length of assignments will be dictated by the programme and partner needs 

STRATEGIC PLANNING 
We have a specific, short-term requirement for a senior strategic planning expert to work at the very 
Highest levels with our partners. This consultancy assignment requires an individual with significant 
Senior level experience in leading the strategic planning process at government ministry level. Insight 
into gender main streaming issues will be an advantage

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION 
We are also keen to hear from experienced individuals who want to work in reforming central policy and 
planning coordination, civil service, public financial management, service improvement and external 
Accountability in Nigeria.
